Dedicated account management
Our account management support includes onboarding and training of your staff and other end users. Besides training users on how to use our products, we will share our industry knowledge in the form of best practices and case studies.
- MessageMedia will provide the necessary documentation and training to your nominated representatives via phone and/or webinar (these can take 30mins to an hour depending on the product)
- User-friendly tutorials are online via our MessageMedia Manager interface
- MessageMedia can provide technical support and documentation to any software vendor/in-house application developer should you wish to integrate one of our APIs.
Given the intuitive nature of our products, we’re confident this level of training will be more than sufficient to allow your team to take full advantage of SMS and MessageMedia’s capabilities.
