FlickPay’s ‘Two Taps, No Apps’ Strikes a Chord at Australian Utility Week

The ability to pay bills without an app really resonated with visitors to our stand at Australian Utility Week.

Our first year exhibiting at Australian Utility Week, a digital utility expo focusing on digital transformation and customer centricity, generated keen interest in FlickPay.

The event, held on 21-22 November, attracts those from various levels across the utility sector, from CEOs and CTOs to engineers and energy traders. A particular focus of Australian Utility Week is to connect people from all levels of the utility value chain from technology giants to start-ups and from senior-level experts to young talent.

Our striking stand – complete with plants and grass – made a great impression in a sea of white and blue and was highly visible as soon as visitors entered the area. At the stand, our team featured FlickPay – our secure mobile payment solution that has happy customer paying early. Payments are made in two taps by simply replying to the FlickPay text message. Two taps, no apps.
